We first developed a set of
questions each for the residents and
business owners, along with surveys,
comment cards, and a residents-only mapping
exercise, and then hosted separate focus group
sessions.

able to ascertain the assets and issues facing
the area according to the different groups, and
to gauge responsiveness to future
