Scope of Project

First presented at the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University on May 7, 2012, this research project on the foreclosure crisis looks at the following:

• Assessment of the increase in single family rental properties.


• Consideration of a housing move-down-chain as an alternative to individual foreclosures.


• Determination of demolition strategies.


• Identification of barriers and policy recommendations.
