Andrea Bruno is a second year MUPDD student at Cleveland State University and a second year MBA student at Lake Erie College, graduating in the spring of 2012 and summer of 2012 respectively. She currently works at St Clair Superior Development Corporation as a Housing Coordinator, while finishing up her graduate assistantship in the Student Involvement Center at Cleveland State University.
A.S. Caldwell is graduating May 12, 2012 with a Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Design, and Development with a concentration in historic preservation and neighborhood planning. A.S. is grateful for friends and family who helped make this achievement possible. A.S. will continue to live, work, and learn in Cleveland after graduating.
Althea Carter is Masters in Urban Planning Design and Development program candidate. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Cleveland State University. Althea is employed at Cleveland Clinic and has been working as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She is undergoing a career change after 24 years at Cleveland Clinic and is a long time resident of Garfield Heights.
Mark Cosgriff is a May 2012 Master of Urban Planning, Design, and Development (MUPDD) candidate at the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. He is also a Bachelor of Civil Engineering graduate of the Fenn College of Engineering at Cleveland State University. Professionally, Mark is a consulting project engineer specializing in transportation design. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio. Mark lives with his wife and children in their home in Lakewood, Ohio.
Yu Fei, a master student in Urban Planning, Design, and Development, is graduating in December, 2012, who has already reached the Bachelor’s degree of Engineering in Urban Planning. When he arrived in the States, he lived in University Circle, Cleveland for one year, which is surrounded by some members in first-suburb, so the living experience helped a lot towards the studio projects.
Andrew Gotlieb is a 2nd year Master of Urban Planning, Design and Development, Past Secretary of Cleveland State University's Student Government Association from 2010- 2011 school year. Andrew was President of the CSU/APA for his last two years in the program. He is Graduate Assistant for Professor Robert Simons. Andrew was recently recruited as a Zoning and Planning analyst for Millman Land National Real Estate Due Diligence Company located in Hudson, OH. Andrew, is also a part of the 2012 entering class at Cleveland Marshall College of Law with excpected completion in 2015.
Gar Heintzelman is graduating in May with a Master's in Urban Planning, Design and Development. He completed his undergraduate studies at Denison University and resides in Lakewood.
Peter Jensen - Graduating with a Master's of Urban Planning, Design and Development. Worked for Kirby Date and the Community Planning Program along with several Graduate Assistantships while attaining his degree. Plans on continuing work with the Cleveland Botanical Gardens' Green Corps program this summer.
Christina Lincoln is a Masters candidate in Urban Planning, Design and Development, graduating in December of 2012. She earned her Bachelors in Communications from the State University of New York at Fredonia and has worked in television as a videographer for the past 12 years in Buffalo, Columbus, and Cleveland. She interned in the City of Lakewood’s Division of Community Development in 2011 and is currently working as a staff assistant for Lakewood’s Housing and Building Department. She is also a volunteer docent for the Lakewood Historical Society and has a historic homes certification from Belmont Technical College and an ArcGIS certificate from Cleveland State.
Garrett Moeller is a GIS (Geographic Information Systems) professional, working with the energy industry in integrity management. He will receive a Master of Urban Planning, Design and Development with a GIS Certification from the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University.

Michelle Nochta graduated in 2006 from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Affairs and a minor in Environmental Science. Michelle is expected to graduate in May 2012 from Cleveland State University with a master's degree in Urban Planning, Design and Development with a concentration in Environmental Management. Michelle is especially interested in increasing efficiency and reducing waste by implementing cradle to cradle systems that increase the longevity and the aesthetic of the urban environment while creating sustainable economic opportunities.
Anthony Stella is a Master of Urban Planning Design and Development student and candidate for graduation in May 2012. He is currently working for the City of Cleveland, Department of Economic Development. Anthony will also be receiving a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Development.
Hasani Wheat received a Master's degree in Urban Planning, Design, and Development at the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs along with a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems. During his time at Levin College, Hasani served as the Secretary of the student chapter of the American Planning Association, where he ran the social media outlets such as Twitter, Facebook and the CSU/APA website among other various responsibilities and interned at Policy Matters Ohio. In 2011, Hasani was awarded the Ohio APA Cleveland Section Scholarship.
Nuo Xu graduated from China Agriculture University with a major in Landscape Architecture. She worked for one year in China and gained experience in AutoCAD. Nuo Xu is a May 2012 candidate for Master Degree of Urban Planning, Design and Development at Cleveland State University.
