Elizabeth Nardi anticipates graduating with a Master in Urban Planning and Development and a Historic Preservation Certificate in May 2020. Currently, she works for the Dean of the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs as a Graduate Assistant, utilizing her skills to assist the Dean and other faculty and staff with research and other tasks pertaining to college policy, programs, and procedures. Elizabeth’s professional interests include historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and urban design. After graduation, Elizabeth hopes to work in a career that encompasses her many interests in planning. |

Patti Hasselstrom is currently a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with Cleveland State University (CSU) as she pursues a Master in Urban Planning and Development and is President of CSU’s American Planning Association student organization. She obtained an undergraduate degree from CSU in Nonprofit Administration. She is experienced in Conflict Resolution and Sustained Dialogue where she led student groups at Cuyahoga Community College in identifying issues surrounding identity where they presented implementable action plans to college stakeholders. She is interested in GIS, land use, environmental sustainability, and neighborhood planning. |

Brent Reed is completing his Master’s in Urban Planning and Development with a Specialization Certificate in Real Estate Development Finance. He currently works as a Real Estate Developer/Investor. In 2013 he founded the social media blog ClevelandUprising.com covering local business and real estate development news and updates. Since then it has grown into his own Media/Marketing Company. |

Jenna Jordan Jenna Jordan is graduating in May 2020 with a Master of Urban Planning and Development degree. She currently works as a Junior Analyst at Novogradac & Company LLP where she conducts appraisals, rent comparability studies, and market studies for Section 8 and LIHTC housing developments. Her professional interests include environmental planning, historic preservation, and affordable housing. |

Ben Lee is a student in the Master of Urban Planning and Development program at Cleveland State University. He has experience working in Cleveland with various including Cleveland State University, Ohio City Incorporated, Cuyahoga County, and Cleveland Heights. He is interested in community engagement, public transit, and urban design. He plans on moving to Chicago to work in community development for distressed neighborhoods while improving access to food sources. |

Dan Petrelli My name is Dan Petrelli. This is my final semester in the MUPD program. I am currently employed by the City of Euclid as the Community Development Manager. My professional interests include community development policy, environmental planning, and housing. After graduation I will be moving to Virginia and exploring professional opportunities around the DC area. |

Oladipo Oluwatosin a.k.a Tosin, is a Masters of Urban Planning and Development student, also seeking a certificate in Geographical Information System (GIS) graduating in December 2020. He works as a Graduate Research Assistant for Energy Policy Center, assists with data analysis and create GIS Map production. Tosin is interested in Community and Economic development. |

As a Project Manager at GBX Group, Rachael Price is responsible for the overall project management of assigned tax asset and real estate investment projects. Rachael served as the Project Manager on GBX Group’s new headquarter development project. Rachael managed a team of various vendors to successfully brining the headquarters to life. |

Huiqing Wang is working on her Master of Urban Planning and Development Degree at Cleveland State University, with specialization in Environmental Sustainability, and will graduate in December 2020. She assisted the division administration and staff in implementing the University’s Diversity and inclusion strategy, initiatives, and programs at CSU. She also earned a MS in GIS and Cartography Degree from University of Akron. She is actively looking for a job associate with Data Analysis, Urban Planning, GIS and Graphic Design. |

Kat Suing is a passionate urban planner with 8 years of experience working in the built environment. She has a multi-disciplinary background and has a broad arsenal of skills and talents in urban design, architecture, and urban planning. She is passionate about design, GIS, and community engagement strategies. |

Nora Walsh is a Master of Urban Planning and Development student graduating in December 2020. She currently works as a Graduate Assistant for the Center for Economic Development where she conducts research, assists with economic impact studies and creates technical reports for various organizations. Nora is interested in real estate and economic development but also enjoys the creative aspect of urban design. After graduation, Nora hopes to find a career that encompasses all of her many interests in planning, preferably in Cleveland, her hometown! |

Jennifer Potter is a graduate student enrolled in Cleveland State University Master’s in Urban Planning and Development program. Currently she is a Senior Marketing Specialist for an international A/E/C firm. Jennifer has worked for planning and environmental firms across the country in addition to teaching Environmental Science. Jennifer plans to draw upon her experience in environmental geography and planning to pursue a career in planning through the lens of environmental restoration. |

Brennan is currently working as an account analyst in the global corporate services division at Hanna Commercial Real Estate. Brennan has a background in residential home financing with over seven years in the real estate industry. He is responsible for portfolio management, leasing, sale and acquisition of real estate for corporate clients both nationally and internationally. He focuses on creating transparency over the entire real estate portfolio through cost avoidance and savings. Brennan will graduate from Cleveland State University in the Summer of 2020 with a Master of Urban Planning and Development. |

Alexandrea Long has worked in both planning and architectural capacities on professional projects ranging from individual buildings to citywide comprehensive plans. She will be graduating from Kent State University in May 2020 with a Master of Architecture degree and focus on Urban Design; in December 2020 she will graduate with a Master of Urban Planning and Development degree from Cleveland State University. Past/Current Work: Marine Veteran beginning second career in City Planning for Lakewood (since 2018). 20+ years of applied leadership/management experience in a variety of organizations in the US and abroad. Over 8 years of practical experience in campaign design, deliberate, and crisis-action planning. Problem solver who facilitates common understanding/direction in diverse multi-discipline teams. Alan works for CBRE where he focuses primarily on pitch support and pursuit, reports and publications and serving as an interface between business and data intelligence. He’s worked in city planning and economic development for local and regional government. Adam Allen is graduating from the Master of Urban Planning and Development program this May. He was awarded the Dively Fellowship with Levin Group, Inc., a local developer, where his work focuses on adaptive reuse and affordable housing. He moved to Cleveland from Atlanta to pursue his passion for urban planning in legacy cities. His focus is on pedestrian-centered planning, disability access, transit, and mixed-use development. He plans to make Cleveland his permanent home in a career that promotes the advancement of the region. |
