Studentssubmitted four reports for the redevolpment of the valley, which are as follows:

Report 1: The Rail Path Trail proposes creating a trail along an existing railroad right-of-way. The project would include an extreme sports complex.

Report 2: The Trail Loop Connection proposes to make a better connection to the neighborhood, have a low cost, and to make a good reuse of existing sites.

Report 3: The Zopath Trail and Extreme Park proposes to make the valley a first class recreational destination by including an all-purpose trail, mountain bike park, skate park, and extreme sports facilities. Additional links to Scenario 3: Weighted Matrix, Niche Analysis, and two-mile radius.

Report 4: The High Benefit, High Cost alternative proposed a number of recreational improvements, including a campground, indoor recreation center, nature park, and jogging trail.
